Kemi Boutique reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under our services are provided. We recommend that you check the terms and conditions periodically to ensure to ensure you are currently updated as any such changes within our terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the Website.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Kemi Boutique you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Kemi Boutique retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, availability of your selected product/s and a confirmation of the Total cost including your delivery charge. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we receive funds through processing your credit/debit card and the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the acknowledgment e-mail and sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

We do not charge VAT.

(c) Delivery Costs

Delivery costs will be charged in addition:

  • Packaging and delivery to UK mainland addresses by recorded delivery £7 on any order.
  • Packaging and delivery to UK mainland addresses by special delivery £10 on any order.
  • Guaranteed Saturday delivery £15 on any order.
  • Packaging and delivery to International addresses £25 on any order.

All orders will be dispatched 7 working days after receipt of payment. (NB. International deliveries will vary)

(d) Payment

Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been authorised and received.

We accept payment via:

    • PayPal
    • Direct Bank Transfer
    • Credit / Debit card

(e) Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for none bespoke or altered garments purchased from Kemi Boutique, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to orders@kemiboutique.com

If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us once you receive it before we will action any refund.
Please read the Returns policy section below.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible before wearing the item and refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to return an item.

(f) Returns policy

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on bespoke or altered items. At Kemi Boutique we take pride in our customer satisfaction and as such aim to offer a personal service to our customers. If you are not completely happy with your item, we can offer you one free alteration service. Please email us at alterations@kemiboutique.com and we will reply with a measurement alteration form.

Online sale purchases are not entitled to a refund or exchange so please contact orders@kemiboutique.com or 07830 236 223 if you have any questions before making a purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange a standard purchase item, please follow the below guidelines:

Ensure that the item being returned is in perfect condition with all tags and labels attached and there must be no marks on the items or any signs of wear on the tags this includes the item being washed, dry cleaned, altered, worn or damaged and within its original packaging.

Obtain a return authorisation code by contacting returns@kemiboutique.com and return your item to us within 7 days of purchase to:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.

The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.

We will issue you a refund (excluding original delivery charge, any tax and duties payable outside of the EU or any tax and duties payable for re-entry into the UK ) on receipt of the return or exchange the item for a different size if preferred. However, all Jewellery, arts and accessories are non-returnable or exchangeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

(g) Couture by Appointment

Kemi Boutique provides two appointment service at our South London studio.

      • Couture Dressmaking & Tailoring. The initial consultation is free of charge and without any obligation. If you decide to go ahead with the service a clear costing will be provided.
      • Pre Ordered Wedding Dress. Please refer to our FAQ. You appointment is free of with no obligation to order.

Please note all tailored and custom made pieces are non- refundable or exchangeable.
